What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure health status is maintained
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Compassionate and empathetic nature toward residents
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
