Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Assists Store Manager with the daily operation of a single retail grocery store.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Daily emails, interdepartmental mail, voice mail and phone calls.
•Daily interaction with store teammates.
•Store Cleanliness / Maintenance (includes ordering of supplies).
•CAO – In stock position.
•Food Safety / Safety.
•5S.
•Liquor Department.
•Onboarding of new teammates.
•Managing of Central Supplies.
•Merchandising involvement with store team.
•Store walks / critiques.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Required Education: High School Diploma
•Other Requirements: Schnucks Management Development Program
•Minimum Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge
•Knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook.
•Working knowledge of entire store.
•Skills & Abilities
