      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the development and review of online CTAE courses aligned with state and local standards
      - Ensure timely completion of activities and assessments within the course development process
      - Maintain accuracy and consistency of coursework according to established policies and best practices
      - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals regarding course progress
      - Collaborate with teachers and administrators to enhance the online instructional environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
      - Valid Georgia Teaching Certification in CTAE (9-12)
      - Minimum of five years of teaching experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office software and online lesson development
      - Strong knowledge of state and local CTAE standards and instructional strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building CTAE curricula for online courses
      - Knowledge of the National Standards of Quality Online Learning
      - Ability to work independently with great attention to detail
