      The Clinical Specialist will manage customer CODE STAT data, perform clinical analysis and annotation on cardiac arrest events and provide customers with post event analysis and reports on CPR performance. In this role, the CS will be responsible for maintaining, tracking, trending and reporting on key performance indicators of the annotation service.

      What you will do:

      You will
      • Perform annotation and clinical analysis of cardiac arrest events using CODE STAT software.
      • Provide customers with post event analysis and reports on CPR performance.
      • Develop, maintain, track, trend and report on annotation service Key Performance Indicators.
      • Work cross functionally to provide expert opinion on ACLS and BLS trends to Sales, Service, Clinical Research, Corporate Clinical Consultants and Marketing Team Members to develop and grow the annotation service.
      • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop Annotation Service collateral.
      • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop Annotation Service offering.
      • You will be the voice of the customer and provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders.


      What you need:
      • Bachelors degree in nursing, emergency medicine, or EMT-P and an Associates degree with 6+ years additional equivalent relevant experience
      • 3+ years of clinical experience
      • Current ACLS, BLS certification preferred
      • Current RN license, NREMT-P license preferred
      • Prior experience in presenting, writing and teaching clinical information.


      $65,400 to $132,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
