      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical record documentation to ensure accurate diagnosis and procedure code assignment
      - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify coding details for accurate documentation
      - Assign accurate CPT®, HCPCS Level II, and ICD-10-CM medical codes based on guidelines
      - Address coding-related denial questions and patient billing concerns for the accounts receivable and customer service departments
      - Research new service lines for correct coding and documentation requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalency
      - CPC, CCS-P, CCS, or CCA certification
      - Minimum of 2 years of abstract coding experience for physician services
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home-based environment
      - Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology for accurate coding

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of coding experience in multiple specialties
      - Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS II coding and guidelines
      - Experience working in a digital environment with multiple EHRs
