      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the billing team to ensure accurate reimbursement for providers' claims
      - Perform initial charge reviews to determine appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes
      - Analyze provider documentation to confirm appropriate Evaluation & Management levels
      - Ensure compliance with third-party and regulatory guidelines during documentation review
      - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of changing guidelines and regulations for practice compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Certified professional coder through AAPC required with a minimum of two years' experience
      - Multi-specialty coding experience with Urology, Anesthesia, Orthopedics, Surgical Coding, E&M, and Telehealth is preferred
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

      - Additional experience with health information management systems and billing software
      - Proven ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively
      - Experience in a multi-specialty medical office environment
      - Commitment to maintaining continuing education per certification requirements
