      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, develop, and assess training needs for the Customer Service organization
      - Design, implement, and evaluate educational and training strategies for various learning methodologies
      - Conduct needs analysis and redesign training methods for both core and product-specific training
      - Create facilitator guides and develop training materials, including case studies and quizzes
      - Collaborate with leadership to improve consumer experience based on survey feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing organization-wide learning curriculum
      - Experience in training needs assessment, design, development, and delivery
      - Strong focus on customer service excellence and training experience in a call center environment
      - Certification in coding or health information management (e.g., CCS, RHIT, RHIA)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a related field
      - 2 years of relevant experience in managed care and/or healthcare
      - Public speaking experience
      - Certification in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDIP) or Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS)
