Job Summary The Manager, Intelligent Automation COE will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions and will lead the technology teams managing RPA technology, including platform architecture, IT development framework and adherence, and operations as part of the Enterprise RPA COE. The COE primarily focuses on technology enablement and this lead role will need to drive all technology activities related to RPA including architecture, adhere to Comcast technology standards and policies, SDLC frameworks, analytics and reporting, and day to day DevSecOps. They will also work closely with our IT organization, internal business and technology teams, and a third-party partner to manage, coordinate and plan COE design activities as well as the RPA bot support, review performance metrics to drive continuous improvement activities, and track ongoing benefit realization to track automation value. This includes having an in-depth understanding of the RPA processes, standards, frameworks, and the KPIs that should be used to measure success. Job Description What You'll Do: Manage our COE team comprised of US and India-based FTEs and a third-party managed service. Prioritize and build out the short and long-term enterprise technology environment, intake and operational standards, enhancements, metrics, and any other key areas identified to drive successful business outcomes. Advises implementation initiatives for automation-related technology. Organizes software update process for existing applications and coordinates the roll-out of software releases. Ensures all engineers keep current with technological developments within the industry. Monitors and evaluates competitive applications and products. Keep current on UiPath release cycles, products, services, and align with internal platform upgrades. Conduct discovery conversations and provide technology guidance in the intelligent automation space. Develops proposals, hardware/software changes and other capital expenditure projects. Partner with other technology teams to ensure integrations align to Comcast architecture considerations. Continue to build out the COE framework, governance, and engagement model to ensure compliance and security policies are followed for all build and ops of the bots, and to drive reusability and scalability within the platform. Manage and support bots in production, with high SLAs for some areas that are customer facing. Liaise and communicate with business partners and escalate as appropriate. Manages professional and non-exempt employees, conducting work performance reviews and ensures work performance is adhering to Company standards. Mentors, trains and develops staff. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
