      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure daily goals for cash collections and account receivables over 90 days are met
      - Research outstanding balances and take necessary actions to resolve them promptly
      - Negotiate payment plans with patients in accordance with company policies
      - Review insurance remittance advices for accuracy and resolve billing errors
      - Communicate consistently and professionally with other employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college preferred
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical collections with knowledge of managed care and insurance reimbursement
      - Working knowledge of automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ preferred
      - Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home infusion therapy collections
      - Ability to type 40 wpm and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
      - Familiarity with ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding
      - Strong analytical skills for interpreting information
