      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and reduce aging accounts receivable balances over 60 days
      - Conduct outreach to clients via phone, email, and letters
      - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
      - Prepare updates and documentation for leadership regarding resolution efforts
      - Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience required
      - Prior experience in call center, customer service, collections, or healthcare billing preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred
      - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage time effectively

      - Experience meeting deadlines and achieving weekly goals
      - Ability to compile and organize data effectively
      - Basic understanding of medical terminology and computer skills
      - Experience working independently with minimal supervision
