What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of insurance follow-up and collection activities, including phone calls and accessing payor websites
- Review account information and system applications to determine appropriate actions and provide resolutions
- Document collection activities accurately and thoroughly
- Initiate contact with patients via phone or letter to gather additional information as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve ongoing issues and communicate effectively with management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of six months to one year of related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in word processing software, spreadsheet software, and email software
- Ability to respond timely to emails and telephone messages
- Participation in training and development activities as required
