      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect on high-profile lines of business and resolve collection issues independently
      - Mentor team members and participate in User Acceptance Testing
      - Analyze aged receivables and maintain B2B collection portfolios
      - Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve unpaid balances
      - Document and maintain appropriate internal controls while adhering to company values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED
      - 3+ years of Business-to-Business Collection experience
      - Experience with complex payment reconciliations in a large-scale ERP environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
      - Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with GetPaid or PeopleSoft Collection Software
      - Knowledge of accounting bad debt reserves and business bankruptcy
      - Experience working in a global organization
      - Familiarity with collection software tools
      - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
