  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent account balances
  - Analyze customer circumstances and assess risk while managing multiple portfolios
  - Apply industry knowledge and departmental policies to make appropriate collection decisions
  - Document accounts accurately and follow up on necessary actions for delinquent accounts
  - Participate in additional duties and special projects as required
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and applicable Federal laws
  - Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-2 years equivalent work experience in a related field
  - Basic accounting knowledge and analytical skills
  - Effective oral and written communication skills with sound decision-making abilities
  - Must pass a successful background investigation

  - Basic Skip Tracing knowledge
  - Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
