What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide specialized academic instruction (SAI) for students with disabilities
- Manage a caseload of students, including scheduling and conducting IEP meetings
- Deliver online instruction via a Class Connect Program to TK-12 students
- Participate in required in-person meetings and state testing as necessary
- Communicate effectively with students and families through various virtual platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Permanent California residence (must currently reside in Colusa County)
- Valid/current Preliminary/Clear/Life California Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Disabilities
- California English Learner Authorization issued by CTC
- Must not hold temporary county certificates, out-of-state credentials, or permits in process
- All requirements must be met at the time of application

- Experience with online classroom platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage students virtually
