      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with national, regional, and custom home builders, developers, and general contractors
      - Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue goals
      - Manage a portfolio of builder accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
      - Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
      - Provide training and product demonstrations to builder partners and contractors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics related to the builder segment
      - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with builder partners
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working specifically with regional custom home builders, multifamily, and commercial projects
      - Proven track record of successful sales performance in the construction industry
      - Ability to analyze market conditions and make data-driven decisions
      - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively
      - Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time
