What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with builders, developers, and general contractors within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue goals
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of builder accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Provide training and product demonstrations to builder partners and contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics in the builder segment
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with builder partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience working with regional custom home builders, multifamily, and commercial projects
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs
