      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with national, regional, and custom home builders, developers, and general contractors
      - Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue goals
      - Oversee a portfolio of builder accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
      - Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
      - Provide training and product demonstrations to builder partners, ensuring effective product utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics specific to the builder segment
      - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with builder partners
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders
