What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with builders, developers, and general contractors
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue goals
- Manage a portfolio of builder accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics specific to the builder segment
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with builder partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
