What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and maintain KPIs and metrics across the customer and patient lifecycle
- Utilize BI tools to build and maintain internal and external reporting, such as OKR dashboards and scorecards
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on data models and metric definitions
- Support the development of QBRs and executive business reports by generating insights and building visualizations
- Design and operationalize LLM-enabled workflows and AI-powered assistants for data analysis and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, or data science
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims and EMR/EHR data
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling in a healthcare context
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (e.g., Python)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building reports and dashboards in modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Familiarity with CRM and commercial reporting, ideally Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience using LLM-based tools for analysis and content creation
- Background in delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
