      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Check policies for accuracy on all renewal, endorsement, audit, and cancellation transactions according to established procedures
      - Process policies by verifying underwriting information, coverage requests, forms, exclusions, and premium accuracy
      - Prepare policies for delivery and manage workflow for efficient transaction processing
      - Invoice policy transaction premiums and update agency management systems as necessary
      - Maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, vendors, and other business contacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
      - High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
      - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with account managers
      - Familiarity with technology relevant to inter-office operations
      - Ability to perform additional tasks or projects as assigned

      - Previous experience in a commercial lines insurance environment
      - Knowledge of agency management systems and insurance workflows
