      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage an assigned underwriting team and enforce corporate and region underwriting guidelines and procedures
      - Model effective underwriting practices for individual accounts across all lines of business
      - Coordinate with underwriters, marketing, and branch management in agency planning and reviews
      - Develop and maintain agency relationships, focusing on growing profitable partnerships
      - Oversee the workload and performance of the underwriting team, ensuring compliance with guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
      - Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
      - Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designations
      - Previous supervisory or leadership experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
      - Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
