      About the Position

      We have an excellent opportunity available for a Commercial Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Commercial Manager lies within the UK business. You’ll be working in an impactful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders and also external customers. Your primary responsibility will be commercial management, doing the job of a category owner and having P&L responsibility.

      In brief, you will be responsible for:

      • P&L, Revenue Growth Management, and Finance
      • Commercial strategy and implementation
      • Managing the categories and competitive analysis
      • Tracking innovation and finding ways to boost and grow it
      • Collaboration with Sales organization, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
      • Demand planning accountability with the support of demand planning team
      • Supply accountability with the support of collaboration managers and supply teams
      • Defining the commercial plans for innovations
      • Working together with the Brand Manager who develops the innovations to set Price strategy/Volumes/Cost targets/launch timings, etc. for new products, overseeing the P&L of the projects

      Qualifications

      Hard Skills

      • 5+ years of FMCG experience (commercial, sales, finance experience)
      • BSc/BA required, MSc preferred
      • Proven progression in a commercial setting
      • Track record for supporting delivery of business models and executing innovation
