What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze operational data to enhance business development and customer success performance, generating actionable insights for decision-making
- Manage the full commercial operating rhythm, including calendars, pipeline reviews, and forecasting cycles
- Monitor revenue, pipeline, and customer performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership
- Conduct analytical deep dives into key commercial questions, shaping strategy across business development and customer success
- Collaborate with data teams to automate reporting and enhance BI dashboards that support forecasting and customer outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and experience maintaining data quality
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analysis in simple, clear narratives for diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage environment with high ambiguity
- Advanced degree in business administration or related field
