      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, develop, and prioritize goals and business systems for assigned territory
      - Negotiate and close sales for Bestbath products within the commercial market
      - Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with architects, contractors, and industry partners
      - Identify new construction and renovation projects within the assigned territory
      - Update and maintain customer accounts and provide timely quotations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in the South-Central US (TX, NM, OK, AR, LA, CO)
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or a related discipline
      - Building products specification experience, particularly working with architects and/or engineers
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record and insurable status
      - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bathing-specific industry knowledge is a plus
      - Experience using HubSpot is a plus
      - Knowledge of accessible and aging industry practices is advantageous
      - Composite industry knowledge is beneficial
      - Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management skills
