What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers at all levels across Reflective Solutions and Digital Inks businesses
- Process orders ensuring pricing integrity and follow-up on deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing information on products and services
- Manage account activities, including calls, claims, and research as assigned
- Function as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure requirements are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in inside sales
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, data entry, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite, MfgPro, Cognos, Cyberquery, and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience with Ring Central and LEAN methodologies
- Global business experience, including USCMA
