What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform credit analysis and risk assessment by collecting, reviewing, and spreading borrower and guarantor financial information
- Analyze financial performance and repayment capacity by evaluating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
- Support portfolio monitoring and Special Assets activities through loan reviews and collateral evaluations
- Monitor collateral compliance by verifying real estate tax payments and insurance coverage
- Maintain accurate loan documentation and support internal and regulatory reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, loan review, or a similar banking/financial services role
- Proficiency with credit spreading software (e.g., Abrigo Sageworks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with CECL impairment methodology and collateral evaluation processes
