      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and manage the assigned underwriting team, ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures
      - Model effective underwriting practices and implement strategies to enhance profitability
      - Coordinate with underwriters and marketing to optimize agency relationships and performance
      - Develop and foster new agency relationships while managing existing ones for profitability
      - Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training for team members to enhance their skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Minimum of six years of commercial lines underwriting experience
      - CPCU designation or other underwriting-related designations preferred
      - Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
      - Strong knowledge of underwriting and risk analysis

      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
      - Effective communication skills, including public speaking
