- Project management of local Innovation & Commercial Change projects focus on Turkey
- Primary contact between brand marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, finance and other central functions for the projects
- Ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned with project key milestones, particularly between stages, to maintain target launch dates.
- Provide expert commercial project management solutions that enable fast market entry and flawless execution.
- Drive innovation synergies while reducing duplication and low-value tasks.
- Ensure teams are fully prepared for review stages with necessary information, tests, and results completed.
- Manage projects through a formal stage gate process, ensuring governance and consistency in commercial change and innovation forums.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, challenging assumptions to ensure project robustness.
- Optimize project plans, financials, and timelines, while minimizing risks and improving P&L outcomes.
- Develop innovative solutions in collaboration with the Commercialization Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Escalate risks to the Commercialization Manager and collaborate with key stakeholders for resolution.
- Work with Planning to ensure actual results of innovations are accurately reported and tracked.
- Lead the agenda by ensuring alignment with the related parties.
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience with strong business acumen.
- Preferably experience to lead and drive projects and deliver operational excellence
- Ability to lead various partners in a matrix organization and a strong affinity with people management
- Good basic knowledge of all related cross functional areas in product change projects: finance, operations, R&D, marketing and sales
- Communication skills and business maturity to act with afore mentioned groups which can reach to senior levels on daily contact and periodic meetings
- Experience in acting result-oriented and drive decisions
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable.
- Commercially savvy, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate effectively.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and/or supply chain management.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage change and influence cross-functional teams in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Fluent both in English & Turkish
