What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Calculate and validate commission earnings to ensure accuracy
- Handle inquiries and adjustment requests from the Sales and Finance departments
- Process both automated and manual commission adjustments when necessary
- Produce reports and statements based on transactional data for commission purposes
- Validate sales incentives and align sales reporting structures accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or finance/accounting
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales, finance, or related analytical roles
- Familiarity with AS/400, TrueComp, and ChangePoint systems
