What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end monthly calculations for all compensation plans to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with various business units, including Sales, HR, and Finance, on commission and MBO-related matters
- Provide ongoing support and resolve commission calculation inquiries from global sales teams
- Develop, implement, and maintain commission structures and sales incentive plans using CaptivateIQ
- Prepare monthly accruals, 606 calculations, and reconciliations for accounting purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commissions roles within a global company
- At least 3 years of experience in professional services operations, project management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in economics or a relevant discipline
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CaptivateIQ
- High proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills
