What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Calculate and process commission payments for sales teams based on sales compensation plans
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accurate commission calculations
- Address and resolve inquiries from sales personnel regarding commission payouts and calculations
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure alignment on commission structures and payouts
- Generate monthly and quarterly commission reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in commission calculations or similar financial roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and implementing commission plans and structures
- Familiarity with compliance regulations related to financial roles
