What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across target industries
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other creative channels
- Qualify prospects and drive qualified leads signups
- Book sales meetings with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM and outreach tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of work experience, with at least 1-2 years in B2B lead generation
- A go-getter with a strong growth mindset and high adaptability
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the discipline to work independently
- Strong English communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or lead generation within the HR technology sector
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools
