What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new business leads through multiple channels, including email, video calls, and LinkedIn
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set timelines
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Inform potential clients about the capabilities and competitive advantages of the employer's services
- Maintain the client database/CRM and prepare correspondences with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience of 1-3 years
- Diploma in Business or a relevant field
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus
- Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system
