      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform on-site commissioning activities, including inspection, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment
      - Develop commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test scripts for complex projects
      - Review and analyze construction-related design documents, drawings, and specifications to identify discrepancies
      - Serve as a key contributor to project progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
      - Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and support high-quality work output

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline, or two years of hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting mechanical, controls, or electrical infrastructure
      - Minimum of five years' additional experience with installation and hands-on testing of mechanical, controls, or electrical infrastructure
      - Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls system principles
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong organizational skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification for NFPA 70E and/or OSHA training
      - Experience in a remote work environment demonstrating effective communication and organizational skills
      - Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies to optimize workflows
