      Do work that matters

      As a key member of the CommSec HVC team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to CommSec clients, CommSec staff and managers. Using your extensive experience and knowledge of the financial markets, you will contribute to achieving the service and financial goals of the team.

      You will proactively assist management in customer retention and acquisition, ensure contact centre productivity, maintain risk and compliance at the highest standards.

      To be considered for this rewarding role where you have the opportunity to enhance Commsec’s reputation as the market leader you will have:

      • Experience working in financial markets

      • Exceptional stock market knowledge

      • Proven consistent performance achieving and exceeding targets in a service based role

      • Experience within other business units of CommSec highly regarded

      • RG146 Accreditation (Mandatory)

      • Margin Lending Accreditation (Valued)

      • Mandarin speaking would be highly advantageous
