      Your role

      Pernod Ricard Sweden is looking for a part time (50%) student help in Communication and S&R (Sustainability and Responsibility). In this position you will support our organisation in developing our internal communication as well as contribute to our S&R “Good Times from a Good Place” agenda and roadmap, so this could be one of the most fulfilling part time jobs out there right now.

      This role is a perfect fit for you if you are currently studying communication or similar and are looking for a part time job during your studies, and if your heart beats a little bit extra for S&R and what legacy we leave for the generations to come.

      As our new Communications and S&R student help, you will support us with:

      Internal communications

      • Planning, developing, and posting engaging internal communication
      • Maintaining our communications calendar
      • Rolling out our new global values and corporate design
      • Ensuring all resources on our intranet are up to date
      • Preparing internal info meetings (Nordic and Sweden)
      • Planning of internal events, such as our Summit, Christmas Part, and other get-togethers

      S&R

      • Various Pernod Ricard Nordic S&R projects, with focus on responsible drinking
      • Tracking the progress of our S&R action plans and supporting with the implementation of the actions plans
      • Improving employee education and engagement within S&R
      • Annual S&R reporting
      • Coordinating internal S&R meetings (Nordic)

      This position could be right for you if you:

      • Have an (ongoing) education within communications or similar
      • Have a genuine passion for S&R
      • Have previous experience with driving projects in some form
      • Are fluent in English and have great communication/interpersonal skills
      • Are creative and like to brainstorm and develop new ideas
      • Are a ‘hands-on’ team player with a positive can-do attitude

      This is a temporary position with start date as soon as possible. The assignment runs until end of December. Due to summer vacations, we will start the interviewing process in August.
