      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop creative, visually appealing branded print and digital materials, including flyers, reports, and social media assets
      - Ensure all designs adhere to the university's established branding guidelines for consistency
      - Write, update, and organize content for departmental websites, ensuring accuracy and usability
      - Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to understand design needs and objectives
      - Provide design support for university events, initiatives, and campaigns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Writing, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
      - Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva
      - Experience with website management or working in a content management system
      - Strong written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in graphic design, communications, or a related field
      - Experience in a higher education or nonprofit setting
      - Understanding of branding and style standards
