      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement communication strategies for the Data and Analytics organization
      - Facilitate team progress towards goals and improve performance metrics
      - Coordinate work with other teams to enhance flow and throughput
      - Eliminate impediments by engaging appropriate stakeholders within the organization
      - Foster a Lean-Agile mindset and drive cultural change within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Lean, Agile methodologies, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead
      - Proven success in leading multiple Agile teams to maturity and improved customer outcomes
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and industry-standard Agile tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release train
      - Knowledge of value stream mapping and applying Lean techniques
      - SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Professional upon hire
      - Experience with Product Ownership, DevOps, and Test Automation practices
