      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of the editorial calendar and style guide for the Lerner Research Institute
      - Oversee the editorial responsibilities of the communications team
      - Innovate new communication methods and assess the effectiveness of current channels
      - Act as a liaison between client areas and marketing staff, ensuring deadlines are met
      - Write and edit content for various publications, including newsletters and brochures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a communication or marketing role, including writing and editing
      - An additional four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
      - Knowledge of communication practices in healthcare or related industries
      - Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing communication strategies for healthcare organizations
      - Familiarity with social media and digital communication channels
      - Proven ability to conduct interviews with diverse stakeholders
      - Experience in managing multidisciplinary clinical projects
