What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with intern cohorts and Cisco leadership to build project plans addressing business issues
- Manage communication challenges from concept to execution, ensuring clarity and engagement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies using metrics and analytics tools
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Transform organizational goals into impactful narratives that drive audience engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a certification program or undergraduate degree program in relevant fields such as Business, Communications, or related areas
- Extensive experience in public relations, digital communications, or multimedia content creation
- Demonstrated ability in creative and technical writing for various channels
- Proven track record of initiating and leading projects showcasing entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong spelling and grammar skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong presentation skills for communicating ideas to diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience as a Campus Ambassador, showcasing communication and networking skills
- Social media expertise or minor in social media management
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles to improve digital communications
