      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage digital and print communications for the Water, Climate & Health Program
      - Coordinate outreach activities and strengthen engagement with stakeholders and partners
      - Create compelling content and support outreach events, including occasional travel
      - Track communications metrics to assess effectiveness and improve strategies
      - Collaborate with program leadership to ensure consistent messaging aligned with program goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in communications, outreach, marketing, or related work
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
      - Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with community engagement or stakeholder outreach, particularly in public health or environmental contexts
      - Familiarity with data visualization and science communication
      - Proficiency with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
      - Experience tracking communications metrics to enhance outreach strategies
      - Knowledge of accessible design standards and plain language principles
