- 3-5 years experience with social media content and community engagement in an agency setting
- Experience in TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads and Sprinklr
- Curiousity, creativity and flexible thinking
- Knowledge of audiences and targeting
- Can distill an observation into insights and action
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- An ear to the ground in terms voice, humor, and interest of social media communities
- Someone who is able to take ownership and work independently
Job Title: Community Audience Engagement Specialist
Location - Remote PST aligned hours strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities(Need at least 7-8 lines) :
Engagement opportunities
• Scour social media platforms to find possible engagement opportunities
• Work with external teams to send out engagements on found posts
• Respond back and engage with our owned content
User Generated Content (UGC)
• Find possible UGC on subjects related to owned accounts
• Reach out to content creators to get approval for UGC use
• Organize and catalog approved UGC for team use
• Develop a list of Influencers to follow for future UGC
Reporting
• Create daily news reports on relevant topics that could influence daily activities or current online conversations
• Daily report of successful engagements and trends you saw during the day
• Weekly Insights into our posts, ongoing strategies and customer insights
Audience Engagement Specialist
• Share insights relevant to strategy conversations during weekly team meetings
• Pitch content based on your audience insight during team meetings
• Help with ideation and content creation during weekly meetings
