      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve enrollment growth objectives for Medicaid programs through community outreach
      - Coordinate and participate in enrollment events, fostering partnerships with community organizations
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to increase membership
      - Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to potential members
      - Manage a daily schedule aligning with departmental goals and initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or healthcare
      - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of Health Care Markets, primarily Medicaid
      - Previous experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, or community outreach
      - 5 years of outreach experience serving low-income populations
      - Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including low-income groups
      - Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
