What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and communicate the academy's blended learning vision
- Provide coaching and professional development for blended learning staff
- Monitor instructional trends using platform data for improvement
- Partner with families for onboarding and ongoing communication about learning expectations
- Track, analyze, and report on student achievement with blended learning tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, human services, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with families in a similar capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to clear required background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in education, counseling, human services, or related field
- Three (3) years of experience working with families in community involvement and training
- Familiarity with online learning environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in data analysis
