      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct job analysis and evaluations for various positions within the organization
      - Review and analyze position descriptions to establish competitive pay recommendations

      - Participate in salary and fringe benefits surveys and make market adjustment recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources administration, business administration, or a related field
      - Four (4) years of professional-level human resource generalist experience
      - Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience working in compensation
      - Knowledge of applicable policies and procedures relating to compensation
      - Strong analytical skills and experience in data manipulation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field
      - Professional certifications such as PHR or CCP
      - Experience with compensation analysis and market research
      - Familiarity with budgeting processes for wage and salary projections
      - Previous experience in higher education or healthcare administration
