What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance for hiring and promotions
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform compensation program design
- Analyze job roles, salary data, and workforce trends to support equitable pay decisions
- Support Workday enhancements related to compensation and validate ongoing data integrity
- Conduct ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy of job, pay, and employee data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson)
- Knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and other relevant labor laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with compensation databases and tools
- Advanced certification in compensation or HR-related areas
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
