What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement compensation structures, salary bands, and benefits programs based on market data and internal equity
- Conduct market pricing analyses to maintain competitive and fair compensation
- Administer health and wellness benefits and support employees during new hire enrollment and open enrollment
- Serve as the primary contact for leave of absence programs, managing eligibility and documentation
- Prepare reports and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards
- Solid understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP, or CEBS) is a plus
