- Support the Head of Total Rewards in delivering SEGAu2019s compensation strategy u00A0
- Contribute to the development of SEGAu2019s compensation framework, including our compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary ranges and more u00A0
- Manage the annual compensation planning and bonus processesu00A0
- Oversee salary benchmarking for recruitment, job changes and annual salary reviews u00A0
- Manage participation in external compensation surveys, analysing results to inform our compensation strategy and pay positioningu00A0
- Conduct regular pay equity analysis to ensure internal equity and compliance u00A0
- Develop reporting and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights that inform our compensation strategy u00A0
- Deliver on statutory and internal reporting requirements, such as UK Gender Pay Gap Reportingu00A0
- Collaborate with, and provide support and guidance to, our HR Business Partnering teams on compensation policies and processes u00A0
- Ensure accuracy and upkeep of compensation data in Workday u00A0
- Line manage and develop the newly created Total Rewards Analyst role u00A0
- Analytically minded and detail-orientedu00A0
- Strong Excel skills u00A0
- Works well independently and as part of a team u00A0
- An understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directiveu00A0
- Previous experience in a Total Rewards Manager or Compensation Manager roleu00A0
- Previous experience working with job evaluation methodologies, ideally Mercer IPE u00A0
- Previous experience working with compensation surveys, ideally Croner and Radford u00A0
- Previous experience working in a growing or evolving Total Rewards function is highly desirableu00A0
- Previous experience using Workday and the Advanced Compensation module is highly desirable u00A0
- Previous experience with, or knowledge of, the gaming industry is a plusu00A0
