      - Experience in maintaining project momentum with minimal oversight
      - Availability to work flexible hours within business hours (MST)

      - Familiarity with compensation studies and best practices
      - Strong stakeholder management skills
      - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
      - Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
