      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate complaint investigations ensuring completeness and consistency of complaint files/records
      - Support post-market compliance activities by handling customer complaints according to documented procedures
      - Evaluate complaints and conduct preliminary investigations, including follow-ups with healthcare professionals and sales representatives
      - Collaborate with various departments to gather information related to complaint investigations and handling
      - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's electronic Quality Management System

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technical, or Life Science discipline, or equivalent work experience preferred
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry
      - Working knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and related ISO/EN standards
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
      - Ability to travel up to 10%, including potential overnight domestic and/or international travel

      - Experience with Class II and/or III sterile devices
      - Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a high degree of energy and drive
